Student of the Month for May: Mike and Student of the Month for June: Elaina! Mike has been working hard on his technique, form, and releasing tension. It has paid off because his playing is so much more expressive. It all comes from the body so once you master that, nothing is off-limits. You just have to be patient with yourself. Elaina is FLYING through her level 2 ADULT book and is playing so beautifully sometimes it makes me tear up a bit! Knowing where she started all those years ago and hearing her now is so special.
